Savings house Mozhnosti supports its employees
From 24 to 26 of januari 2017 a two-day, interactive training had been held in Veles under the name “ IMPROVING SALES AND SELLING PERFORMANCE OF MICROFINANCE SECTOR EMPLOYEES”. The purpose of the training was to gain knowledge for strengthening the sales skills, leaded by by Dragisha Ristovski, direct sales, motivation an leadership expert.
Seven employees attended the training from the branches in Kumanovo, Tetovo, Kicevo, Aerodrom, GTC and Leptokarija.
Renata, Daniel, Mirjana, Aleksandar, Kate, Angela and Ana had the opportunity in those two days to learn about the contemporary trends in sales, to ask question effectively, active listening, cross-sales techniques, dealing with complaints in the process of sales etc., as well as to ask questions from the so far experience, to work in groups and exchange experiences with other employees from other micro financial institutions in Macedonia – Savings house Fulm and Horizonti Foundation.
The training had been under the organization of the Microfinance Institution Alliance from Skopje as part of the “Microfinance Innovation and Inclusion project”, supported by USAID.
In the next period, as part of this project, there will be other trainings on other different topics, where our employees will participate.
Through this kind of support of our team, the Savings house Mozhnosti aims to develop the service it offers to clients, to be served by competent personnel, to be listened and offered the proper advice and product for their needs.
